Tell us about your school.

If you would like your child's school, club or holiday camp to try this, tell us where they are and we will approach them for you.

This is for every child in the class, not only disabled children. A set of chairs comes in, the whole group has a go together, and nobody is singled out either way. Most of the children who try them have never used a wheelchair in their lives.

We will contact the school within 72 hours. We cannot promise every school will take it up, but we will always make the approach.

What happens after I tell you?

We look the school up, and someone from the team gets in touch with them directly, normally within 72 hours. We explain what the programme is, what a session looks like and what it costs, and we answer their questions. Then it is their decision. We will let you know either way.

Does my child have to be a wheelchair user?

No. Most of the children who try these chairs have never used a wheelchair in their lives. A set arrives, the class does its normal PE lesson with some of the group in chairs, and everyone takes a turn. It is for disabled and non-disabled children together, which is the whole point of it.

What will you say about me to the school?

We will tell them a parent got in touch and asked us to, and we will give them your name - being able to say who sent us is usually what makes a school take it seriously. If you would rather we did not, tick the box on the form and we will approach them without mentioning you at all. We never ask you anything about your child, so there is nothing about them for us to pass on.
